Our store operates under a dropshipping model, which means your order is processed, packed, and shipped directly from our suppliers as soon as the purchase is completed. Because of this structure, the order cannot be reversed once it enters the system.

Once you place an order, it is automatically sent to our supplier for fulfillment. This process starts immediately, making cancellations impossible. -
External Logistics
Our suppliers handle packaging, shipping, and delivery. They do not accept cancellations, returns, or modifications once the order is in motion. -
Operational Costs
Because each order is produced and shipped individually, reversing the process would require covering costs that have already been executed. -
Hygiene & Product Integrity
For safety and hygiene reasons, items shipped from our suppliers cannot be returned or restocked.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may only evaluate replacements (not refunds) in the following situations:
