Processing Time
Because we operate using a dropshipping model, all orders are processed and handled by our suppliers.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier, product, and destination.
As a dropshipping store located in Puerto Rico, delivery times may be longer than typical local shipments.
Estimated delivery:

United States & Puerto Rico: 10–25 business days

International orders: 12–30 business days
These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or supplier logistics.
Tracking Information
Some items may include tracking numbers, while others may not, depending on the supplier and shipping method used.
If your order includes tracking, you will receive it automatically by email.
Please note: tracking updates may take several days to appear.
Multiple Shipments
If you ordered more than one item, you may receive them in separate packages, as different products may come from different suppliers.
This is completely normal and part of the dropshipping process.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If you need to make a correction, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Customs Fees & Duties
International orders (outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico) may incur customs or import fees.
These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Packages
A package is considered delayed until the shipping window has fully passed.
A package is considered lost only after 45 business days from the shipping date.
